For barrel palletising, an underneath or barrel gripper is typically used. The underneath gripper features a plate that slides under the barrel and an arm that clamps down across the top. Once the barrel is correctly positioned, the clamp releases, and the barrel is smoothly placed onto the pallet stack. Additionally, the gripper includes an integrated vacuum system for handling pallets and slip sheets, further enhancing the efficiency of your operation.
