Our bottle palletising systems are quick to install, cost-effective, and easy to program.
An underneath gripper or specialist bespoke gripper are usually used for bottle palletising. An underneath gripper has a plate that slides underneath the bottle, and an arm that goes across the top and clamps down onto the bottle to hold it in place during lifting. Once the bottle has been placed in the desired location the top clamp is released and the bottle is then pushed off the gripper plate. The underneath gripper also has an integral vacuum gripper that is used to pick and place pallets onto the conveyor, and also to pick and place slip sheets between layers if required. Alternatively, a specialist bespoke gripper may be used, which will be designed and built specifically to suit your bottles as shown in the video below. A bespoke gripper can also be designed to enable it to pick and place pallets and slip sheets.
Our system’s easy programming software allows your staff to reprogram the robot for different bottle sizes within minutes. The software automatically optimises bottle stack patterns, helping you quickly choose the most efficient configuration to maximise pallet space without extensive planning.
Palletising speeds are adjusted to meet your needs, with options for standard pick-and-place methods or high-speed layer forming processes, depending on your requirements.
Additional modules, such as box erectors, pallet stretch wrapping, and labelling, can be integrated to enhance functionality. More information about our bottle palletising system is available through the links below.

H&S claims reduced to zero as all manual handing is now done by the robotic palletiser.
Typically +40% due to: no holidays or breaks, forced takt time, longer working hours, faster speeds etc.
Payback is often less than 1 year due to labour saving, production increase, reduced HR.
