Drum Palletising System

The Modular and Compact drum palletising systems are designed for quick installation, low cost, and ease of programming, making them ideal for a variety of production environments.

For drum palletising, both systems typically use an underneath or barrel gripper head. The underneath gripper features a plate that slides beneath the drum, with an arm that clamps down from above to securely hold the drum in place. Once the drum is correctly positioned, the clamp is released, and the drum is smoothly placed onto the pallet stack. Additionally, the gripper includes an integrated vacuum system for handling pallets and placing slip sheets between layers if required.

Our easy programming software automatically optimises stack patterns, enabling you to quickly select the best layout to maximise the number of drums on each pallet without extensive planning. The easy-to-use programming software in both the Modular and Compact systems allows your factory floor staff to reprogram the robot in minutes to accommodate different drum sizes.
