The Modular and Compact pail palletising systems are designed for quick installation, low cost, and ease of programming, making them ideal for a range of production needs.

Automated pail palletising can be challenging since pails require more specialised handling compared to boxes and bags. Both the Modular and Compact systems address this challenge effectively, utilising an underneath gripper. This gripper features a plate that slides beneath the pail and an arm that clamps down from above, securing the pail during lifting. Once the pail is in the desired position, the clamp is released, and the pail is smoothly placed onto the pallet stack. Additionally, the gripper includes an integrated vacuum system for handling pallets and slip sheets as needed.

Our software automatically optimises stack patterns, allowing you to quickly choose the most efficient layout to maximize pallet usage without extensive planning. The easy-to-use programming software in both the Modular and Compact systems enables your factory floor staff to reprogram the robot within minutes to accommodate different pail sizes.
