Depending on your sack filling line, you may need to palletise various sack sizes from the same production line. Our system features user-friendly, easy programming software that allows your staff to reprogram the robot for different sack sizes within minutes.
A sack gripper is usually used to pick and place sacks onto the pallet. The sack gripper has positioning pins, lifting pins and a centre clamp which is also a vacuum gripper. Due to the unique way in which the gripper works this results in a very neatly stacked pallet. The vacuum gripper also enables the gripper to pick and place the pallets onto the conveyor.
The software automatically optimises sack stacking patterns, allowing you to quickly select the best configurations to maximise pallet space with minimal planning.
Palletising speeds are optimised to suit your process. Depending on the required speed, a standard pick-and-place method may be used, or for higher-speed applications, a layer forming process will be used.
